Анотація
Заблоцька Р. О. Особливості регулювання торгівлі послугами на багатосторонньому та регіональному рівнях.
Розкрито особливості регулювання торгівлі послугами в рамках регіональних торговельних угод та Генеральної угоди з торгівлі послугами ГАТС. З’ясовано, що на регіональному рівні забезпечено функціонування ефективних механізмів щодо регулювання та лібералізації торгівлі послугами, тоді як ГАТС перебуває у процесі доопрацювання спірних питань у сфері регулювання світового ринку послуг.

In this article author compares the treatment of services trade in regional trade agreements in the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS). Regional initiatives have generated useful experiments with various approaches to rule making and market opening in the area of services trade, while the GATS itself remains incomplete, with negotiations pending in a number of key areas.
