ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF LOGISTICS PROCESSES

Вступ. Цифрова трансформація логістичних процесів передбачає інтеграцію сучасних інформаційних технологій у систему управління матеріальними, інформаційними та транспортними потоками. Використання цифрових платформ, систем управління ланцюгами постачання, технологій аналізу великих даних, автоматизованих складських комплексів і систем моніторингу транспортування сприяє підвищенню прозорості логістичних операцій, прискоренню обміну інформацією та покращенню координації між учасниками логістичних мереж. Завдяки цьому підприємства отримують можливість більш точно планувати логістичні операції, зменшувати витрати та підвищувати ефективність використання ресурсів.
Мета – визначити основні детермінанти економічної ефективності цифрової трансформації логістичних процесів.
Результати. Проаналізовано детермінанти економічної ефективності цифрової трансформації логістичних процесів. Визначено основні особливості цифровізації логістичних процесів та сформовано методичні положення щодо підвищення їхньої економічної ефективності.
Висновки. Впровадження цифрових технологій змінює традиційні підходи до організації логістичних процесів, сприяючи підвищенню рівня інтеграції інформаційних, матеріальних і фінансових потоків. У результаті логістика трансформується з допоміжної функції управління у важливий стратегічний інструмент забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємств у сучасному економічному середовищі. Цифрова трансформація логістичних процесів є важливою передумовою підвищення економічної ефективності діяльності підприємств, оскільки сприяє оптимізації управління логістичними потоками, зниженню витрат і підвищенню якості логістичного обслуговування. Подальший розвиток цифрових технологій, їхнє системне впровадження у логістичну діяльність створюватимуть нові можливості для вдосконалення управління ланцюгами постачання та забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємств у сучасному економічному середовищі.
Introduction. Digital transformation of logistics processes involves the integration of modern information technologies into the management system of material, information and transport flows. The use of digital platforms, supply chain management systems, big data analysis technologies, automated warehouse complexes and transportation monitoring systems contributes to increasing the transparency of logistics operations, accelerating information exchange and improving coordination between participants in logistics networks. Thanks to this, enterprises are able to more accurately plan logistics operations, reduce costs and increase the efficiency of resource use.
The purpose of the study is to identify the main determinants of the economic efficiency of the digital transformation of logistics processes.
Results. The presented work analyzes the determinants of the economic efficiency of the digital transformation of logistics processes. The main features of the digitalization of logistics processes are identified, and methodological provisions are formed to increase the economic efficiency of the digital transformation of logistics processes.
Conclusions. The introduction of digital technologies changes traditional approaches to the organization of logistics processes, contributing to an increase in the level of integration of information, material and financial flows. As a result, logistics is transformed from an auxiliary management function into an important strategic tool for ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in the modern economic environment. The digital transformation of logistics processes is an important prerequisite for increasing the economic efficiency of enterprises, as it contributes to the optimization of logistics flow management, cost reduction and improvement of the quality of logistics services. Further development of digital technologies and their systematic implementation in logistics activities will create new opportunities for improving supply chain management and ensuring sustainable development of enterprises in the modern economic environment.
