Introduction. Health insurance in Ukraine has been on the verge of significant changes in recent years. The growing needs of the population for quality medical services, the introduction of digital technologies and global trends in the healthcare sector stimulate the development of new insurance models that combine efficiency, transparency and accessibility. Innovative transformations in this sector include not only the digitalization of processes, but also the introduction of personalized insurance products, the use of Big Data analytics for risk assessment and cost optimization. Understanding these changes and their impact on the healthcare system of Ukraine is critically important for both state authorities and insurance companies and citizens, since not only the financial sustainability of the market, but also the quality and accessibility of medical services depend on this.
The purpose of the article is to analyze innovative transformations of health insurance in Ukraine and determine their impact on the efficiency and accessibility of medical services.
Results. The analysis of current trends in health insurance in Ukraine allowed us to identify the main areas of innovation: digitalization of insurance products, implementation of telemedicine, personalization of insurance programs based on Big Data and AI, development of corporate wellness programs, integration with the state eHealth system and application of Blockchain technologies. Systematization of these approaches showed that the combination of technological innovations, a personalized approach and integration with state platforms creates conditions for the formation of an effective, transparent and customer-oriented health insurance market, which increases the accessibility, quality and efficiency of medical services.
Conclusions. The conclusions were drawn that the combination of technological innovations and a personalized approach in health insurance contributes to increasing the transparency, efficiency and accessibility of medical services. The implementation of electronic policies, digital platforms, telemedicine and remote services allows us to optimize customer service, reduce the time for processing insurance cases and provide convenient access to medical care. The use of Big Data analytics and AI allows for more accurate risk assessment, personalized insurance products, and cost forecasting, increasing the financial stability of the market and stimulating disease prevention.
A comprehensive approach to evaluating innovations is proposed that takes into account technological, organizational, and regulatory aspects, including corporate wellness programs, integration with eHealth, and the use of Blockchain - technologies. This approach allows for the formation of a customer-oriented and modern health insurance market capable of providing a high level of quality of medical services and effective resource management.
