Author fees and sources of financing of the journal

The publication of articles, reviews, analytical notes based on the results of scientific events and other materials is free of charge. The author's fee is not paid.

At the same time, the authors pay the publishing house's expenses associated with checking the submitted material for academic plagiarism. The materials are checked for signs of plagiarism using the Strikeplagiarism program.

The amount of payment is determined by multiplying the cost of checking one page (in UAH) established by the founder of the journal on the date of submission of the material by the number of pages of text.

Technical requirements for materials are given in the requirements for the design of articles:
A4 format, MS Word editor, Times New Roman font, 14 point size, 1.5 spacing, all fields 2 cm.

The cost of checking one page of material is indicated on the website. As of 01.04.2026, the cost is 9 UAH per 1 page of text.

Applicants for the third level of higher education of the budgetary form of training for scientific articles written by them alone (without co-authors) are exempt from any payment for processing, reviewing and/or publishing articles.
