Submissions
Requirements for design and procedure for submitting publications
The journal is published four times a year in Ukrainian.
Articles that have scientific and practical value are accepted for publication.
Deadlines for submitting materials:
for the 1st issue of the journal – by December 25 of the previous year,
for the 2nd issue – by March 25 of the current year,
for the 3rd issue – by May 25,
for the 4th issue – by September 25.
Submission requirements
All submitted materials must meet the following requirements.
- The article must correspond to the thematic direction of the publication, be relevant and contain the results of theoretical or experimental research.
- A scientific article must have the following structural elements:
1) a statement of the problem in general terms and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks;
2) an analysis of recent studies and publications in which the solution of this problem was initiated and on which the author relies; an analysis of recent studies and publications that discuss the problem studied by the author, on which the author relies, the identification of unexplored aspects of the problem to which the article is devoted;
3) a statement of the purpose of the article;
4) a presentation of the main material of the study with a full justification of the scientific results obtained;
5) conclusions based on this study with an outline of the prospects for further research in the relevant direction.
Registration requirements
- The text of the article should be no more than 18 A4 pages, typed in MS Word in Times New Roman font, size 14, 1.5 spacing, all fields - 2 cm.
- The article must contain the UDC index, determined according to the tables of the Universal Decimal Classification (placed at the beginning of the article), and the JEL Classification code, determined according to the classification system developed by the Journal of Economic Literature (placed in the abstract in English under the keywords).
- Before the title of the article, it is necessary to provide the personal data of the author(s) in Ukrainian and English in the following sequence:
- full surname, first name, patronymic as indicated in the passport (in English as the author is registered (cited) in international scientometric databases, or as indicated in the foreign passport);
- academic degree, academic title;
- position and official name of the institution (enterprise, organization) at the main place of work;
- email address;
- ORCID ID code;
- contact numbers.
- The title of the article (in Ukrainian and English) should be short, accurately reflect the content of the article, and not contain abbreviations.
- The abstract in Ukrainian, up to 220-250 words in content and presentation form, must comply with the DSTU GOST 7.9:2009 (ISO 214-76) standard, be structured, concise, informative (without general words), and meaningful (reflect the main content of the article and research results).
- The abstract in English must be compiled in accordance with the requirements of international scientometric databases, original (do not copy the Ukrainian-language abstract), up to 180 words (actually an abstract), contain a concise structured presentation of the article, a general description of the problem under consideration, the purpose, research methods, main scientific results and their theoretical and practical significance, and conclusions, which may be accompanied by recommendations, assessments, and proposals.
- Keywords (from 5 to 10 words and phrases) in Ukrainian and English.
- The presentation of the article should be clear, structured, not overloaded with graphic material, tables and formulas, and should not allow repetitions in the text of the information contained in tables or illustrations (at the same time, an analytical commentary on them should be provided).
In the text of the article, all statistical data, tables, illustrations, and quotations should be supported by references in square brackets to the numbers of sources from the list of references, indicating the pages to which the author refers (for example: [1, p. 25]; [2, p. 46–48]). References to outdated publications, educational and popular science literature are undesirable; self-citation is not allowed. In order to increase the scientific level of the article, it is worth referring to foreign scientific sources and periodicals belonging to the leading international scientometric databases (SCOPUS. WEB OF SCIENS, etc.)
- The list of sources used should be drawn up in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 8302:2015 “National Standard of Ukraine. Information and Documentation. Bibliographic Reference. General Provisions and Rules of Compilation”.
- References – a list of sources used, translated into English and formatted according to the international bibliographic standard APA-2010 (https://www.bibme.org/citation-guide/APA/book/).
After the author’s last name, put a comma, and then after each initial there should be a period. If there are three or more surnames [of authors or], then before the last one there should be the word “and”. Then in parentheses, the year of publication, the title of the publication in transliteration and in English (in square brackets); city, publisher, title of the scientific publication (in transliteration and in English); journal number, page; available at: (indicate the address of the electronic resource).
The number of sources used in the list should be at least 10 and not more than 20.
- All tables and illustrations should have a serial number, a concise title that clearly reflects their content, symbols and units of measurement of all indicators, as well as a link to the source of information from which they were borrowed or on the basis of which they were constructed (or it should be indicated that they were independently compiled by the author).
- Graphs and diagrams should be constructed in the Microsoft Excel editor. It should be borne in mind that the magazine is black and white, therefore all graphic materials should be qualitatively and clearly displayed in black and white, and the elements that depict different indicators are indicated by different hatching (and not background blocks), which improves the perception of the publication by the user.
- Articles that are not designed according to the stated requirements will not be accepted for registration.
- The editorial board reserves the right to edit and shorten articles.
- Responsibility for the accuracy of factual and digital information, proper names, geographical names, quotes and other information lies with the authors of the publications.
- The last page of the article must contain a confirmation of the originality of the research, the absence of plagiarism, the availability of permissions necessary for the use of copyrighted materials in the article, as well as the fact that the article was prepared specifically for this publication, has not been published previously and has not been submitted to other publications, certified by the signatures of the authors (a scanned copy is allowed).
