Conflict of Interest Resolution

Unpublished materials should not be used in any research by the technical editor, reviewers, or other persons participating in the review procedure without the written consent of the authors.

Technical editors, reviewers, and scientific consultants undertake to recuse themselves from reviewing manuscripts in the event of conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, joint, or other interactions and relationships with authors, companies, or other organizations related to the manuscript.

The Editorial Board undertakes to take appropriate measures in the event of conflict situations and claims arising regarding manuscripts or published materials.

The editorial board may resolve claims or concerns about misconduct related to research or publications raised by readers, reviewers, or others. In addition, the editorial board reserves the right to inform readers about the resolution of conflict situations.

All situations presented as a conflict of interest should be resolved in accordance with COPE's rules. In such situations, editors and/or publishers should find the appropriate case among those described on the COPE website and take appropriate action.
