Open Access Policy
The scientific publication adheres to the Open Access policy. All articles are posted indefinitely and free of charge immediately after the issue is published. Real-time full-text access to scientific articles of the scientific publication is presented in the Archive section. This approach corresponds to the definition of open access from the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) (https://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/). The licensing policy of this scientific publication is compatible with the vast majority of open access, archiving and deposit policies, including DOAJ.
Deposit Policy
Authors are allowed to store (deposit) pdf versions of publications published by the publisher in institutional or thematic repositories, where they will be available in open access, which ensures maximum visibility and impact of the research. Depositing an unpublished version of the publication is not allowed.
The editorial board of this scientific publication encourages authors to place their published works on the Internet (for example, in institutional repositories or on personal websites), as this contributes to the emergence of a productive scientific discussion and has a positive effect on the efficiency and dynamics of citation.
Authors have the right to conclude independent additional agreements on the non-exclusive distribution of the article in the form in which it was published by this scientific publication (for example, to place it in the electronic repository of the institution or to publish it as part of a monograph), provided that a link to the primary publication in this scientific publication is preserved.
Long-term preservation and accessibility
The publication ensures digital preservation of publications:
- in the institutional repository of the West Ukrainian National University (https://dspace.wunu.edu.ua/home);
- on the website of the Ukrainian Scientific Periodicals IAC;
- on the website of the Vernadsky National Library: "World of Finance";
- in the Archive section of this publication in real time;
- through backup copies on external archive servers;
- through the possibility of distribution by authors in open repositories.
The editorial board of this scientific publication encourages authors of published articles to share their research data that confirm the results obtained. Data that confirm the results of the studies are available from the authors only with their consent. Authors can be contacted at the email address indicated in the article. The rights and confidentiality of human research participants who participate in the studies must be protected.
Recommendations:
Before sharing data, remove identifiers (name, address, telephone numbers, etc.).
Adopt strategies to minimize the risks of unauthorized disclosure of personal identifiers.
Researchers can reduce the risk of subject identification by hiding part of the data.
When concluding a data use agreement, include privacy protection terms.
Readers and users' rights
Readers can:
- access all materials for free, i.e. freely read, download and use articles and full issues of issues without subscription or payment;
- share all published materials of the publication without commercial purpose, as well as for commercial purposes, provided that the authorship and source of publication are indicated;
- use articles for educational and scientific purposes;
- quote and refer to the content of articles without restrictions.
All authors and readers have open ("diamond") access (free of charge for both the author and the user) to all published articles and issues of this scientific periodical.
Authors do not pay any publication fees.
FAIR data
To improve the discoverability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability of digital assets, authors are encouraged to link to their FAIR data in accordance with the FAIR Guidelines for Scientific Data Management and Preservation (https://www.go-fair.org/fair-principles/).
The editorial board supports the Budapest Open Access Initiative and operates in accordance with the Open Science Policy at the West Ukrainian National University (https://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/, https://www.wunu.edu.ua/pdf/doc_zunu/nauka/polityka_vidkr_nauky.pdf).
